Sample Orders

• All sample orders must be paid in advance, including shipping and handling charges.

• Samples are typically produced within one week, depending on the design, quantity, and size of the order.

Order Policies

• All prices are FOB QI Hand Embroidery, Sialkot, Pakistan. Freight, shipping, and handling charges depend on the order volume.
• Orders are accepted based on the article numbers provided on our website. Custom designs and counter samples are also produced promptly. Customer-specified designs remain confidential.
• Minimum order quantities vary based on the product type selected by the customer.

Payment Policies

• Payment terms include either 100% advance payment or 50% advance with the remaining 50% due upon shipment delivery.
• Accepted payment methods include T/T, bank transfers, and wire transfers. For orders below USD 5,000, payment must be made in full to avoid additional charges for both parties.

Client Privacy

• We prioritize client privacy and never share contact details with third parties, even for reference purposes.
• We are committed to creating new products based on modern techniques and customer requirements. Customers can provide master samples or drawings to enable us to produce items according to their specifications.
• Exclusive agreements are made with special clients to ensure their designs remain unique to them.

Warranty

• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In such cases, products will be repaired or replaced under specified terms and conditions.

Shipment Modes

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse using standard methods. Approximate transit times exclude weekends and public holidays.
